| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定男宝胶囊中淫羊霍苷含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法，色谱柱为C18柱（200mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-水（30：70），检测波长为270nm。结果淫羊霍苷进样量线性范围是4．5～144μg，平均加样回收率为99．29％，RSD为0．39％。结论HPLC法简便、准确，可用于男宝胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the method for quantitative determination of icariin in Nanbao Capsules. Methods The high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was employed in this study. The chromatographic analysis was performed on a Cls column （200mm×4. 6mm, 5 μm） by elution with acetonitrile-water （30：70）. The detection was conducted at 270 nm. Results The good linear relationships were showed in a range of 4.5 - 144 μg. The average recovery rate was 99.29% with RSD of 0. 39%. Conclusion The HPLC method is reliable, reproducible and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Nanbao Capsules. |
