超声显像对结节性甲状腺肿的诊断价值

目的探讨二维及彩色多普勒血流成像（CDFI）对结节性甲状腺肿的诊断价值。方法分析44例临床明确诊断的结节性甲状腺肿患者89个结节的二维及彩色多普勒超声声像图特征。结果等回声或低回声结节12个，无回声结节11个，混合性回声结节66个，25个结节内可见到稍增多的点线状血流信号。结论结节性甲状腺肿的超声图像有一定的特异性，在诊断与鉴别诊断上具有重要价值。

Diagnostic value in nontoxic nodular goiter with ultrasonography

Objective To investigate the value of 2 dimensional(2D)-and color doppler uitrasonography in the diagnosis of nontoxic modular goiter.Methods In 44 patients with nodular goiter,89nodules were evaluated by high-resolution sonography and color Doppler sonography.Results Of the 89 nodules,12 had homoechoic or hypoechoic texture,11 had anechoic texture,66 had mixedechoic texture,twenty-five nodules showed increasing intranodular blood flow.Conclusion Sonogram of nontoxic nodular goiter has some specificities.Ul...
