米非司酮和天花粉治疗异位妊娠的临床观察

目的观察米非司酮和天花粉治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法将确诊为异位妊娠行药物保守治疗的60例患者分为米非司酮组和天花粉组，分别观察两组疗效、不良反应、住院天数、住院费用及其绒毛膜促性腺激素β-HCG值与疗效的关系。结果米非司酮组和天花粉组治疗异位妊娠的疗效、住院天数、住院费用均相当（P〉0．05），但天花粉组不良反应显著高于米非司酮组（P〈0．05），β-HCG〉1000U／L治愈率明显低于β-HCG〈1000U／L（P〈0．05）。结论米非司酮治疗异位妊娠服用方便、不良反应轻且少，是药物保守治疗异位妊娠安全可靠的药物，值得推广。

Comparing the efficacy of mifepristone and radix trichosanthis on ectopic pregnancy

Objective To contrast the efficacy of mifepristone with radix trichosanthis on ectopic pregnancy. Methods 60 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients were divided into 2 groups ： mifepristone treatment group （ group A） and radix trichosanthis treatment group （ group B）. Efficacy, adverse reaction, hospital day, cost of hospitalization,level of β - chorionic gonadotrophich hormone （ β - HCG） of 2 groups were observed. The data were reported as mean （SD） and groups were compared by T - test. Results Efficacy, hospital day, cost of hospitalization and level of β - HCG showed no significant difference between 2 groups（ P 〉 0. 05） ;while adverse reaction in group A was significantly less than group B when β - HCG of patients less than 1 000 U/L. Conclusion Eetopic pregnancy treatment by mifepristone with convenient to take medicine has less adverse reaction, so mifepristone is safe and reliable for ectopic pregnancy conservative therapy.
