| 摘 要： | 目的观察不同剂量维生素k1治疗新生儿出血症的临床疗效。方法将100例新生儿出血症患儿随机分为两组，大剂量维生素k1治疗（治疗组）50例；小剂量维生素k1治疗（对照组）50例。结果治疗组与对照组患儿凝血酶原时间恢复正常时间和症状消失时间无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论维生毒素k1治疗新生儿出血症选用小剂量即可，无须大剂量使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of different dosage vitamin K1 in hemorrhagic disease of newborn.Methods 100 cases of hemorrhagic disease of newborn divided randomly into 2 groups: 50 of large dose group(the treated group),50 of low dose group(the control group).Results No significant changes in the return time of prothrombin time(PT) and the recover time of clinical symptoms were found in the treated group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Low dose vitamin K1 is effective and suitable and large dose vitamin K1 is unnecessary in treating hemorrhagic disease of newborn. |
