新型镍钛器械ProTaper的临床评价

[目的]评价用新型镍钛机用根管器械ProTaper预备弯曲根管的临床疗效.[方法]选取有弯曲根管的牙髓炎和根尖周炎患牙64例,采用ProTaper预备、侧向加压充填法充填根管,根据治疗前、中、后的X线片评价根管预备和充填的效果.[结果]ProTaper能很好地维持根管的弯曲度和走向,根管的锥度和流畅度极佳,所有患牙均无根管偏移、根尖阻塞、台阶形成等并发症发生,且操作时间短,少有术后疼痛的发生;有2例器械折断.[结论]ProTaper预备弯曲根管快速、高效,成形效果好,但须注意预防器械折断.

Clinical Evaluation of New Ni-Ti Rotary Instruments in Preparation of Curved Root Canals

To evaluate the clinical effect of a set of new nickel-titanium rotary instruments, namely ProTaper, in preparation of curved root canals. Sixty-four teeth with curved root canals were managed by ProTaper rotary instruments using crown-down technique and obturated with lateral condensation method. The effect of preparation and obturation was analyzed with radiographs before, during and after operation.The instruments kept the curvature and flow of curved canals very well, and the continuously tapered root canal shape was achieved in all cases. There was no transportation, apical blockage, ledge, but two fractured files. The operative time was short and endodontic flare-up seldom occurred.[Conclusion] The ProTaper Ni-Ti rotary instruments can prepare curved root canals effectively and quickly. Meanwhile, the problem of instrument separation due to many reasons such as variations in canal anatomy and cyclic fatigue of instruments should be prevented.
