综合性医院对艾滋病病人的护理管理实践与效果

目的总结综合性医院普通病房收治艾滋病病人的护理管理经验。方法实行病房分区管理、强化护理人员相关知识培训、加强医务人员自身防护、重视病人的心理护理、严格遵守保密原则。结果27例病人在住院期间无护理并发症发生，医院内未发生交叉感染和医护人员职业暴露；护理质量显著提高；加强了艾滋病的普及教育，改变了护士对艾滋病的态度和护理意愿。结论加强病房管理，采取正确的防护措施，严格执行消毒隔离制度，可以有效预防医源性感染的发生。

The practice and effect of nursing management for patients with AIDS In general hospitals

Objective To summarize the experience of nursing management for the patients with Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome(AIDS) in common wards of general hospitals.Method The following management measures were carried out,such as practicing zone administration in the ward,enhancing the training of AIDS related knowledge for the nursing staff,strengthening the management of self-protection among medical staff,paying close attention to psychological nursing for the patients,and strictly abiding by the confidential principle for the patients.Results During the hospitalization of the 27 patients with AIDS,no nursing complications,hospital cross-infection and occupational exposure occurred.Moreover,this practice improved the quality of nursing,enhanced the popularized education of AIDS,updated nurses' knowledge and attitude to AIDS,as well as their desire to care AIDS patients.Conclusion Strengthening ward management,taking correct preventive measures and strictly implementing the regulations of disinfection and isolation can effectively prevent hospital cross-infection.
