母亲是否治疗对新生儿先天性梅毒发病情况的影响

目的研究新生儿先天性梅毒发病与其母妊娠期间治疗情况的关系，提高早期诊治水平。方法对32例出生后确诊为先天性梅毒患儿的临床资料进行分析，分为其母妊娠期正规治疗组（A组）与未治疗或治疗不彻底组（B组），对比两组患儿临床特征及预后。结果B组先天性梅毒患儿出生时出现临床症状表现的例数高于A组（P〈0．05）。B组间接胆红素在出生时和出生后14d较A组升高（P〈0．01）。ALT水平两组在出生时无显著差别，出生后14d，B组较A组升高（P〈0．05）。结论其母在孕期未经治疗或治疗不彻底的先天性梅毒患儿出生后表现较多的临床症状，且肝功能受损情况相对较重。全程抗梅毒治疗是改善先天性梅毒患儿临床症状的关键。

Influence of mothers on incidence of congenital syphilis in newborn infants
