多层螺旋CT在+Gx作用致猴肺脏损伤研究中的应用

摘    要:目的 使用多层螺旋CT(MSCT)探查高 Gx过载致猴肺部损伤的影像学动态改变以确定其在研究飞船应急返回可能造成的肺损伤中应用的可行性。方法 8只健康雄性成年恒河猴被随机分为 15Gx组、 18Gx组和 21Gx组,分别在动物离心机上承受相应峰值的抛物线形 Gx曲线作用;8只恒河猴分别在试验前、试验后2h、24h、1周行MSCT检查。结果 15Gx组、 18Gx组和 21Gx组在过载作用后即刻肺脏出现了不同程度的气肿,部分出现气胸、肺出血;1周后肺部影像基本恢复正常。结论 飞船应急返回高过载可引起肺部损伤,MSCT可早期检出损伤,并具有扫描速度快,重复性好,分辨率高的特点,在载人航天过载损伤的研究中具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective To observe the image changes of lung injury induced by high G_x simulating emergent return of space vehicle in rhesus with multislice spiral computed tomography (MSCT). Methods Eight healthy rhesuses were randomly divided into 3 groups: 15 G_x group ( n =3), 18 G_x group (n =2) and 21 G_x group ( n =3). The animals underwent 15 G_x/200 s, 18 G_x/165 s, 21 G_x/140 s on animal centrifuge respectively. Lung MSCT scannings were obtained before G_x exposure and 2 h,24 h,and 1 week after G_x exposure. Results Localized emphysematous lesions and hemorrhagic spots were found by MSCT scannings of lungs 2 h after G_x exposure in all 3 groups of rhesus and localized pneumothorax foci were found in 21 G_x group. Evident recovery of lesions were noticed in scannings 24 h after G_x exposure,and complete recovery were shown in scannings 1 week after G_x exposure. Conclusions The injury of lung induced by high G_x can be detected by MSCT as soon as 2 h after G_x exposure. As MSCT scanning is noninvasive and possesses the properties of high speed,good duplication and high resolution,it can be widely used for studying high G injury encountered in manned space project.
