Chiari畸形的MRI诊断(附52例分析)

目的:探讨Chiari畸形的MRI诊断与鉴别诊断,评价MRI对Chiari畸形的诊断价值。方法:收集52例资料完整的Chiari畸形患者的核磁共振成像资料并进行分析。结果:小脑扁桃体下疝至枕大孔平面下5~20mm,其中伴脑积水15例,伴脊髓空洞症32例,二者并存1例,合并颅底凹陷症3例。结论:MRI可清晰显示后颅凹及颅颈交界结构,并可显示颅底及其他发育异常,为诊断Chiari畸形的最佳影像学检查方法。

MRI diagnosis of Chiari malformation: a report of 52 cases

Objective To investigate the MRI diagnosis and antidiastole of Chiari malformation, and evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI in Chiari malformation. Method MRI data of 52 cases with Chiari malformation were collected. Results The cerebellar tonsils herniated 5～20mm below the foramen magnum. Among all the cases, 15 had hydrocephalus, 32 had syringomyelia, 1 had both of them, and 3 combined with fasilar impression. Conclusion MRI can clearly reveal the formation of meta cranial fossa and boundary between skull and cervical part,and reveal the basalis and others dysplasia, so it acts as the best imaging examination method for Chiari malformation.
