糖皮质激素在急性分泌性中耳炎治疗中的作用

目的探讨糖皮质激素对分泌性中耳炎（secretory otitis media,SOM）急性期的疗效。方法以42例（45耳）急性SOM为研究对象,随机分为试验组21例（22耳）,使用地塞米松加头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠进行治疗,对照组21例（23耳）,仅使用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠进行治疗。并随访治疗1w后的症状改善情况及听力的变化。结果两组症状的发生率和听力上升的有效率经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义（0.01SN 1673-9558

The therapeutic effect of corticosteroid on secretory otitis media at acute period

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of corticosteroid on secretory otitis media （SOM） at acute period. Methods Forty -two cases （45 ears） of SOM at acute period were randomly divided into two groups. Twenty -one cases （22 ears） were treated with Dexamethasone and Cefoperazone sodium plus sulbactam sodium, while the other twenty - one （ 23 ears） were only treated with Cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium. After 1 week＇s therapy, the improvement in symptoms hearing was evaluated. Results There were significant difference in incidence rate of symptom and improvement rate of hearing between two groups （ test ,0.01 〈p 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Secretory otitis media at acute period could be obviously improved by corticosteroid ,which could also accelerate the absorption of middle ears effusion and help the recovery of hearing.
