1746例手足口病临床分析

目的：探讨小儿手足口病的发病情况,总结诊疗经验,为该病的科学防治提供依据。方法：对2009年4～8月中山市小榄人民医院确诊的1746例手足口病病例作回顾性分析,总结其临床特点。结果：5岁以下儿童占本组观察病例的91.3%,最大发病年龄为33岁。手足口病起病一般较急,典型临床症状为发热、皮疹（主要分布在手、足、口腔黏膜及臀部,出疹顺序大部分从口腔黏膜到四肢、臀部,少部分从四肢、臀部到口腔黏膜）,不典型的可有全身皮疹,极少部分可有风团样皮疹;个别严重者可并发心肌炎、脑炎、脑膜炎。结论：小儿手足口病5～6月为发病高峰期,重症患儿均由EV71型（14例）所致,都有高热,且变化迅速,其预后与早期诊断、及时治疗有关。

Clinical analysis of 1 746 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease

Objective：To investigate the incidence of children with hand-foot-mouth disease,review clinic experience and provide the basis for disease prevention and scientific control. Methods：The clinical data of 1 746 cases of hand-footmouth disease diagnosed by Xiaolan People＇s Hospital from April to August in 2009 were retrospectively analyzed,and to summarize the clinical features. Results：The 5-year-old children observed in this group accounted for 91.3%,the largest age of onset was 33 years old. Hand-foot-mouth disease was generally more acute onset,typical clinical symptoms were fever,rash （mainly in the hands,feet,oral mucosa,and the buttocks,skin rash from the oral mucosa to the order of most of the limbs,buttocks,a small part from the limbs,buttocks to the oral mucosa）,not typically have full-body rash,very few had rash phoenix mission. In severe cases,the individual could be complicated by myocarditis,encephalitis,meningitis. Conclusion：Children with hand-foot-mouth disease from May to June as the peak incidence of severe illness,children are EV71 type （14 cases） due to have high fever,and rapid changes,the prognosis is based on early diagnosis and timely treatments.
