| 摘 要： | 采用彩色多普勒超声监测肿瘤血流指导经皮肝动脉门静脉化疗栓塞治疗大肝癌２６例，与同期单纯肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗的３０例相比较，结果ＴＡＣＥ＋ＰＶＣＥ治疗组病人肿瘤缩小明显，ＡＦＰ下降率高，生存期长。认为彩超监测肿瘤血流，根据肿瘤主要的营养血管选择介入治疗途径和时机，能更加发挥介入治疗的优势，避免以往介入治疗的废止性及过多介入次数所带来的危害，使介入治疗更合理。

| Abstract: | Using color doppler to monitor tumor blood supply in 26 patients with large liver cancer befor transhepatic arterychemoembolization(TACE)or transportal venous chemoembolization(PVCE)and then TACE or PVCE was performed according tothe tumor blood supply mainly by hepatic artery or portal venous. Compared with 30 patients with large liver cancer with treatedonly by TACE in the same time,the result showed that TACE+PVCE was more effective than TACE for the treatment of livercancer. Selecting TACE or PVCE according to tumor blood supply can make TACE or PVCE more effective and more reasonableand can avoid more damage made by too many times of TACE or PVCE. |
