丝裂霉素C与贝复舒对翼状胬肉手术治疗的临床观察

目的 :观察应用丝裂霉素C与贝复舒对翼状胬肉手术的临床疗效。方法 :将94例 (126眼 )翼状胬肉患者随机分为2组 ,治疗组57例 (36眼 )术中敷贴丝裂霉素C1次 ,术后用贝复舒滴眼液加氧氟沙星眼液交替滴眼 ,每天4次。对照组40例 (56眼 )术中使用丝裂霉素C与治疗组相同 ,术后仅用氧氟沙星眼液滴眼 ,每天4次。结果 :治疗组术后胬肉复发4眼 ,占5.5 %。对照组6眼 ,占11.1 %。结论 :术中一次性0.2g/L丝裂霉素C棉片置于结膜与巩膜之间贴敷 ,有降低翼状胬肉复发的作用。同时在术后再联合使用贝复舒滴眼液 ,使上皮修复时间提前 ,加速了角膜上皮再生修复 ,缩短术后愈合时间 ,有效阻止了结膜上皮侵入角膜和新生血管伸入创面 ,从而有效地减少翼状胬肉的复发机会。

The effect of MMC and Bfgf eye drops on treatment of pterygium

Objective:To investigate the effect of MMC and bFGF eye drops on the treatment of pterygium.Methods:94cases(126eyes)were divided into2groups randomly,and there were57cases in study group and40cases(56eyes)in control group.MMC was used during the surgery and bFGF eye drops and ofloxacin eye drops were used after the surgery in study group.MMC was used during the surgery and only ofloxacin eye drops were used after the surgery.Results:Pterygium relapsed in4cases(5.5%)in study group;6cases(11.1%)in control group.Conclusion:Use of MMC during surgery might reduce the relapse of pterygium.Use of bFGF eye drops after surgery can hasten the recovery of corneal epithelium,which can prevent the occurrence of neovasculature on the wound.As a result the relapse of pterygium can be reduced.
