自动循经电刺激与川芎嗪电离子导入单次治疗对高血压病影响的观察

作者采用本院自制的通用型自动循经刺激仪,XTS——1型正弦调制中频电疗机和上海医用电子仪器厂生产的DL—3型698点送治疗机对60名高血压病人和30名本院健康的工作人员观察了单次治疗前后血压的变化,观察分三组进行,A组为直流电额枕法导入川芎嗪和溴,B组和C组均采用自动循经电刺激,结果表明,三组疗后收缩压均下降P<0.01,组间比较无显著性差异,舒张压的下降只有B组和C组达显著水平,P<0.01。作者认为,自动循经电刺激疗法可用于高血压病的治疗。

Comparison of influence on blood pressure after automatic corresponding channel point electro-stimulation and ligustrazine iontophoresis single therapy

Author used general type automatic corresponding channel point electro-stimulation apparatus made in our hospital, XTS-1 type sine modulation intermediate frequency electrotherapy apparatus and DL-3 type698 point deferent therapy apparatus made in Shanghai medical electron apparatus factory, in 60 hypertension patients and 30 healthy working personnels in our hospital, observed blood pressure changes before and after single therapy. Observations were divided into 3 groups: A group-direst current fronto-occipital method ion-introduced ligustrazine and bromine. B group and C group used automatic corresponding channel point electrostimulation. Results showed that in/ 3 groups after therapy systolic pressure decreased, P<0.01. Between groups compare have no marked difference. Diastolic pressure decrease only in B group and C group, come up to marked level, P<0.01. Author considered that automatic corresponding Channel point electro-stimulation therapy may use in therapy of hypertension.
