| 摘 要： | 目的：评价无创通气技术在抢救急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）中的有效性和可靠性。方法：总结自2002年以来用无创通气技术面罩正压通气抢救9例肺源性ARDS临床实践经验。结果：8例成功存活并治愈，避免了气管插管；1例急性间质性肺炎死亡。结论：无创通气技术可以早期应用于肺源性ARDS的抢救，减少气管插管机会，并有良好的依从性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness and reliability of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV) in rescuing pulmonary-associated acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Methods: 9 cases of NIPPV via HORUS Temae (France), an invasive ventilator, and BiPAP Synchrony (Weikang Corp. ,USA) in pulmonary-associated ARDS in the Dept. of Respiratory Medicine were reviewed. Results: Eight cases were survived, and were avoided intra-tracheal intubations; one case died. Conclusion:Noninvasive ventilation (NIV) is safe,effective and reliable in rescuing pulmonary-associated ARDS in its early phase, with good compliance to the treatment and less chances of intra-tracheal intubations and less complications. |
