| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况,为抗菌药物的合理应用和科学管理提供依据。方法:根据我院计算机管理系统提供的抗菌药物用药信息,采用限定日剂量(DDD)和金额排序等指标,对2006年1～10月份我院住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况进行归类、统计、分析。结果:我院用药频度(DDDs)排名前20位的抗菌药物中,大部分药物用药金额与DDDs位次比≥1;各类抗菌药物耗费金额所占的比例以头孢菌素类为主,占73．2％;抗菌药物消耗总额占上半年药品总额的比例为19．4％,与去年(27．7％)同比下降了8．3％;抗菌药物使用率达62％,略高于《河南省医院管理评价标准》中二级医疗机构住院病人抗菌药物应用率≤60％的要求。结论:我院住院患者抗菌药物使用基本合理,但尚须加以改进。

| Abstract: | Objective: To provide reasonable evidence for applied of antibacterials. Methods: According to the information provided by computer management system, the index of DDD and money sort were adapted to analyze, classify and statistics. Result: among antibacterials, rank 20th before of DDDs the ratio between total money and DDDs are great or equal to 1; cephalosporins is the main part . the total money de-crased by 8. 3%( the last year 19. 4%); the using rate is 62%. Conclusion: The use of antibacterials is reasonable in our hospital. But can be improved furtherly. |
