气压治疗在预防老年脑卒中患者下肢深静脉血栓中的作用

目的探讨老年脑卒中患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的病因,比较常规护理加气压治疗与单一传统方法在预防老年脑卒中卧床病人下肢深静脉血栓的效果。方法将我院2011年1月-2013年6月收治的196例老年脑卒中卧床患者随机分为干预组（98例）和对照组（98例）,两组基础治疗和护理相同。干预组加用气压治疗仪预防,比较两组疗效及下肢深静脉血栓发生率。结果干预组4例出现下肢深静脉血栓（占4.08%）,对照组出现19例（占19.39%）,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论在常规护理的基础上采用气压治疗,可有效预防老年脑卒中卧床患者下肢深静脉血栓形成。

The role of pressure therapy in the prevention of elderly stroke patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis

Objective： To explore the pathogeny of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in elderly stroke patients,and to compare the effect about the routine nursing and pressure treatment with single traditional methods in the prevention of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis about elderly stroke of sickbed patients. Methods： From 2011 January to 2013 June,196 elderly patients treated for bedridden patients with cerebral stroke in the stroke unit were randomly divided into the intervention group（ 98 cases） and the control group（ 98 cases）. Both groups had the same basic treatment and nursing,but the intervention group was added with pneumatic instrument for preventing. The efficacy and incidence rate between two groups with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis were compared. Results： There were 4 cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in the intervention group（ 4. 08%）,and 19 cases occurred in the control group（ 19. 39%）,which had a significant difference between the two groups（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion： The pressure treatment on the basis of routine care can effectively prevent lower limb deep vein thrombosis in elderly stroke of sickbed patients.
