归芪二白凝胶外治黄褐斑62例疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察归芪二白凝胶外用治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组62例和对照组58例。2组同时口服维生素C,治疗组外用归芪二白凝胶(组成:当归、黄芪、白芷、白附子、卡泊姆、三乙醇胺、甘油)治疗,对照组外用归芪二白蜂蜜面膜(组成:当归、黄芪、白芷、白附子、蜂蜜)治疗。疗程均为2月。结果:愈显率治疗组为69.4%,对照组为51.7%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05)。治疗后2组中度病情基本治愈率、显效率分别与对照组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P〈0.01)。结论:归芪二白凝胶治疗黄褐斑疗效明显优于归芪二白蜂蜜面膜。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the curative effect of Guiqi Ebai Gelatum (GEG) for chloasma. Methods: 120 cases were allocated to 2 groups randomly, the treatment group (62 cases) and control group (58 cases) were treated by oral use of vitamin C, the treatment group added with GEG (composed of Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Astragali, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Rhizoma Typhonii, triethanolamine, glycerine, etc. ), and control group added with Guiqi Ebai honeyedn facial film (composed of Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Astragali, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Rhizoma Typhonii and Mel). 2 months constituted the course of treatment. Results: The marked curative rate was 69.4% and 51.7% in treatment group and control group respectively (P < 0. 05). After treatment, the basically cured rate and marked effective rate in treatment group was very significant different to control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: GEG is markedly superior to Guiqi Ebai honeyed facial film for chloasma.
