超声监测大鼠失血性休克及再灌注过程肾血流动力学的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨超声监测大鼠失血性休克及再灌注过程肾血流动力学改变的可行性及可靠性。方法:大鼠失血性休克前、后及再灌注24小时内分别行2DUS、彩色血流速度图(CVl)检查,脉冲多普勒(PW)测量肾动脉收缩期峰值血流速度(Vmax)、舒张末期血流速度(Vmin)、阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(N);肾静脉流速。结果:休克后肾皮质回声增强,肾内血流分布减少,皮质血流消失;肾动静脉流速降低,肾动脉RI、PI升高。再灌注后肾内血流增多,皮质出现血流信号,肾血流速度升高,RI、PI下降。结论:超声监测能准确反映大鼠休克过程肾血流动力学改变,可作为无创性监测工具。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate renal hemodynamics in hemorrhagic shock rat by ultrasonic detection.Methods:Ultrasound was performed prior to,30 minutes after hemorrhagic shock,and within 24 hours after resuscitation Two DUS,color velocity imaging(CVI),and pulsed wave Doppler(PW) of kidney were examined The peak systolic velocity (Vmax),end diastolic velocity (Vmin),resistance index (RI),and pulsatility.index (PI) of renal artery,and velocity of renal vein were measured.Results:After hemorrhagic shock,renal blood distribution was decreased,and blood perfusion of renal cortex disappeared Renal arterial Vmax, Vmin and renal venous velocity were decreased significantly,but RI and PI of renal artery were increased significantly After resuscitation,renal blood distribution were increased and velocities of renal artery and vien was increased significantly,but RI and PI of renal artery were decreased significantly.resuscitation, renal blood distribution was increased;and velocities of renal artery and vein were increased significantly;Conclusions:Ultrasonic examination can accurately monitor renal hemodynamics in hemorrhagic shock rat.
