川芎嗪对腹主动脉缩窄大鼠血浆内皮素-1水平的影响

目的:探讨川芎嗪对腹主动脉缩窄大鼠血浆内皮素(endothelin-1,ET-1)水平的干预作用。方法:实验大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和川芎嗪组。银夹法建立腹主动脉缩窄大鼠模型,川芎嗪组用25mg/kg川芎嗪注射液,余两组用等量双蒸水(1.5ml/100g)灌胃4周后,比较各组血浆ET-1浓度、大鼠左室心肌质量指数(LVMI)和左室心肌病理形态胶原染色等的变化。结果:模型组LVMI、血浆ET-1浓度和心肌胶原纤维化较假手术组显著升高(P0.01),川芎嗪组较模型组显著降低(P0.01)。结论:川芎嗪可防治腹主动脉缩窄大鼠心肌纤维化,可能与影响血浆ET-1水平有关。

Effects of Ligustrazine on the Level of Plasma Endothelin in Rats Model with Abdominal Aortic Banding

Objective:To investigate the effects of Ligustrazine(Tetramethylpyrazine,TMP)on the level of plasma endothelin-1(ET-1)in abdominal aortic banding model rats.Method:SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:sham-operation group,model group and TMP group.We established abdominal aortic banding rats model with silver clip,and lavaged with Ligustrazine injection(25mg/kg)in TMP group for 4 weeks when used distilled water(1.5ml/100g)in the other groups at the same time.Then plasma level of ET-1,left ventricular mass index(LVMI)and left ventricular myocardium collagen staining were measured and compared.Results:LVMI,the level of ET-1 and left ventricular myocardium collagen were incressed obviously in model group(P<0.01),compared with sham-operation group(P<0.01);and comparing to model group,these indexes were decreased in TMP group(P<0.01).Conclusion:This study supports that TMP inhibit the process of myocardial fibrosis,which was related with the increased level of ET-1 possiblly.
