复方丹参滴丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

目的 了解复方丹参滴丸对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法 将60例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组给予一般治疗。观察组加用复方丹参滴丸(每次10丸,3/d),疗程为6个月。观察复方丹参滴丸对心绞痛患者症状(发作的次数和时间)、心电图、超声心动图(左心室肥厚、左心舒张功能)的改变。结果 观察组总有效率为90％,优于对照组。与治疗前比较,临床上心绞痛发作的次数和时间减少,心电图S-T、T波有改善,超声心动图显示左室肥大和左室舒张功能好转。复方丹参滴丸未见明显的不良反应。结论 复方丹参滴丸是治疗不稳定型心绞痛的有效药物。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF CURATIVE EFFECT OF COMPOUND DANSHEN DROPPING PILL IN UNSTABLE ANGINA

Objective To study the curative effect of compound Danshen dropping pill in treatment of unstable angina. Methods 60 cases of angina were randomly divided into experimental group(n =30) and control group( n = 30). General treatment were performed in control group. Compound Danshen Dropping Pill(10 pills each time, tree times a day) were added in experimental group. The total treatment period was 6 months. The symptom changes(frequency and duration of the attack of angina), electrocardiogram and echocardiogram(left ventricular hypertrophy, left ventricular diastolic function) were observed in angina patients. Results The total clinical effective rate of experimental group was 90%, better than that of the control. Improvement was observed in clinical symptoms( frequency and duration of the attack of angina decreased), ECG( ST, T) echocardio-gram(Improvement of left ventricular hypertrophy and left ventricular diastolic function)vs before treatment. Compound Danshen Dropping Pill has no significant side effects. Conclusion Effective rate of experimental group was better than that of control. The effects of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill was affirmed on the angina treatment.
