社区糖尿病规范化管理前后血糖达标率比较分析

目的 探讨社区实行糖尿病规范化管理对血糖达标率的影响.方法 选取2009年到我院门诊确诊的2型糖尿病患者120例为研究对象（均居住于本社区）,对其进行规范化管理,比较实施规范化管理前后糖尿病控制指标的变化及血糖达标率.结果 经过为期1年的规范化管理,管理后的血糖达标率显著提高,空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2hPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）较管理前显著降低（P＜0.05）.结论 对糖尿病患者实行社区规范化管理有利于糖尿病控制的全面达标.

Contrastive analysis of the standardization rates of blood glucose before and after community standardized management of diabetes

Objective To investigate the effect of community standardized management of diabetes in the standardization rate of blood glucose. Methods 120 patients （local residents of the community） with type 2 diabetes diagnosed in our hospital 2009 were designated as the subjects, and were included in a project of standardized management to compare the changes in indicators of diabetes control before and after the implementation of management and the standardization rates of blood glucose. Results At the end of one - year standardized management, the blood glucose compliance rate was significantly improved, and fasting plasma glucose （ FPG）, postprandial 2 h plasma glucose （2 hPG） and glyco- sylated hemoglobin （HbA1 c） were significantly decreased as compared to those before standardized management （P 〈 0.05）, Conclusion Standardized management of diabetic patients contributes to the overall standardization of the control of diabetes mellitus.
