经阴道彩超对黄体血肿及黄素化未破裂卵泡显像对比

目的 探讨黄体血肿与黄素化未破裂卵泡（LUF）的不同超声改变,并观察与血孕酮（P）值的关系. 方法经阴道彩超（TVCDS）检查并经手术病理或超声动态观察确诊的黄体血肿（下称黄体组）36例,TVCDS连续监测发现并行动态观察及少部分行卵巢穿刺放液治疗确诊的LUF（下称LUF组）30例,对2组彩超表现与同步检测血P值作回顾性对比分析. 结果黄体血肿周边血流信号丰富（占94.4%）,动脉阻力指数（RI）平均0.48,血P值均明显大于5.0 μg/L.LUF周边血流信号均不丰富,动脉RI平均0.64,血P值均小于3.0 μg/L.结论 黄体血肿与LUF彩色血流显像有明显区别,血流显像受P值的影响.

Contrast of TVCDS images of corpus luteum hematoma and LUF

Objective To explore the different ultrasonic changes of corpus luteum hematoma and luteinized unruptured follicles （LUF）, and observe their relationship to blood progesterone （P） levels. Methods Transvaginal color Doppler sonography （TVCDS） was used to check 36 patients with corpus luteum hematoma （luteal group） confirmed by surgical pathology or ultrasound dynamic follow - up observation, and 30 patients with LUF （ LUF group） were detected by continuous monitoring by TVCDS and confirmed by color flow analysis, some of whom underwent treatment of ovarian paracentesis. The results of TVCDS and simultaneous detection of blood P were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the luteal group, rich peripheral blood flow accounted for 94.4% ; artery RI was 0.48 on average ; blood P values were greater than 5.0μg/L. Peripheral blood flow in the LUF group were poor; artery RI was 0.64 on average; blood P values were less than 3.0μ g/L. Conclusion There is significant difference between corpus luteum hematoma and LUF in TVCDS imaging, and meanwhile, the TVCDS images is susceptible to progesterone values.
