| 摘 要： | 目的：调查医学研究生心理压力、应对方式与心理健康状况及其相关性。方法：采用问卷调查法对450名在校医学研究生的心理压力、应对方式与心理健康状况进行调查分析。结果：就业和前途、学业、经济等压力是医学研究生主要的心理压力源；积极应对方式显著高于消极应对方式；医学研究生症状自评量表（SCL-90）总体得分显著高于全国青年常模；SCL-90与心理压力之间存在显著正相关；SCL-90和心理压力均与积极应对方式存在显著负相关、而与消极应对存在显著正相关。结论：缓解医学研究生就业和前途、学业、经济等压力并加强压力应对指导，有利于提高其心理健康水平。
