| 摘 要： | 作者对几种常见肺部疾患病人做了血液流变学检查,并与正常组进行对照,发现均有显著差异,其中体外血栓形成试验和血液粘度检测有非常显著性差异。同时结合临床病例进行讨论,并且认为血液流变学指标可作为疾病的预防手段和判断疗效的指标。

| Abstract: | We were made a hemorrheological study on several common pulmonary diseases and obvtained data that differed significantly from those obtained from the controls. The most obvious changes were seen in extracorporeal trombus formation test and blood viscosity test. We also made a further investigation into the abnormal mechanism of infection or cor-pulmonale leading to hemorrheological changes. On the basis of conventional treatment of pulmonary disease. we resorted to hemorrheological therapy, too, with satisfactory results, thus opening an important therapeutic way. Hemorrheological criteria may also be used as a means of disease prevention and indications in judging therapeutic results. |
