检测3种发热性疾病IgM抗体的微孔板蛋白质芯片的研制

摘    要:〔目的〕针对风疹、麻疹、流行性乙型脑炎3种病毒建立能同时1次检测3种病毒IgM抗体的微孔板蛋白质芯片。〔方法〕将风疹、麻疹和乙脑3种病毒的特异抗原阵列于PVDF微孔板内,建立了在1个反应孔内能同时检测风疹、麻疹、乙脑等3种IgM抗体的蛋白质芯片检测方法。以ELISA实验为对照,通过对239份临床血清样本的分析,系统评价了该芯片系统的灵敏性和特异性。〔结果〕该芯片检测风疹、麻疹、乙型脑炎病毒的灵敏性分别为91.67%、100%、94.12%,特异性分别为99.53%、99.50%、99.10%,与ELISA实验的总符合率依次为98.74%、99.58%、98.74%。〔结论〕本研究建立的微孔板蛋白质芯片检测方法具有准确、简便、快捷、高通量等特点,具有良好的应用前景。
