2004—2009年临床生化检验室间质评回顾分析

目的通过对临床生化检验室在2004年至2009年期间参加卫生部临床生化检验室间质评结果的回顾分析和总结，不断提高检验质量从而更好地为临床服务。方法将6年室间质评结果统计，按卫生部临检中心统一评价标准，同时采用PT（能力验证）和VIS（变异指数得分）两种评分方法进行评分。结果6年平均胛合格率达96．8％，VIS得分优秀占77％，合格占18．8％，不合格占4．2％。结论通过开展室问质评工作，提高了实验室人员的质控意识，改进分析能力和实验方法，从而提高检验质量。

External Quality Assessment 2004-2009 retrospective analysis of clinical biochemistry

Objective In order to improve quality of testing continuously and provide the better clinical services,by external quality assessment review and sunnnarlzation of clinical biochemical laboratory which had participated National Center for Clinical Biochemistry Laboratory from 2004 to 2009.Methods According to the unified evaluation criteria of National Center for Clinical Laboratory the external quality assessment results for six years,while using PT(proficiency testing)and VIS(variability index score),two kinds of scoring methods to rate.Results The average pass rate of PT for six years reached 96.8%,VIS outstanding scores reached 77%,qualified at 18.8%,unsatisfactory at 4.2%.Conclusion By way of External Quality Assessment,enhanced the awareness of quality control by the laboratory personnel,improved analytical and experimental methods,thereby enhancing the quality inspection.
