乙型肝炎病毒标志物检测分析

摘    要:目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒标志物感染情况及其血清学标志物的表现模式。方法共11367份患者的血清标本,均以Alisei全自动酶免分析仪进行检测,以手工进行复查。为表述方便,设定血清乙肝病毒标志物检测项目第1—5项的排列顺序为(1)表面抗原(HBsAg),(2)表面抗体(HBsAb),(3)e抗原(HBeAg),(4)e抗体(HBeAb),(5)核心抗体(HBcAb),并以出现项目的序号为该模式的代码。结果本组标本检测结果可分为乙肝患者和非乙肝患者。乙肝患者又分为感染期模式和恢复期模式,共15种模式。常见模式9种共占总人数的99.44%,经复查确定为罕见模式的占总人数的0.56%。结论本实验乙型肝炎病毒标志物常见模式所占比例较大,除实验误差外,产生罕见模式的主要原因为低浓度的乙肝病毒核心抗体及酶标试剂与包被板问的非特异性交叉反应等。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the infection state of HBV and the models of its serum markers.Methods All samples were obtained from people who were tested for HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb,HBcAb by using Alisei Quality System from April 2004 to April 2005.To redetect the suspectable subject by hand.For convenience,we set the numbers 1,2,3,4,5 to represent HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb,HBcAb respectively.We used the numbers to represent the positive subject accordingly.Results In total,11367 patients isolates were analyzed and were found that there were at least 15 different models,which can be divided into two groups: HBV infected patients and HBV non-infected patients.HBV infected patients can also be divided into infection model and recovery model.The 99.44% of the total patients were the nine common models.The 0.56% of the total patients were the six rare models which were confirmed manually.Conclusion The ratio of the common HBV marker models in this experiment is predominant.Except for laboratory errors,the main causes for minority models were low concentration of HBcAb,the unspecific cross reactions of enzyme-linked regent and the wells and so on.
