| 摘 要： | 目的观察抗子宫内膜抗体和痛经中医证型的关系。方法收集痛经患者159例，将其辨证分型，并检测抗子宫内膜抗体。结果痛经各中医证型和抗子宫内膜抗体有一定的相关性。痛经证型和抗子宫内膜抗体相关（r=0．25）。对各组证型抗子宫内膜抗体的检出率做比较，肝肾亏损组EmAb阳性率高于其他组，有统计学意义（X^2=10．22，P〈0．05）；痛经患者的EmAb检出率由高到低顺序分别为：肝肾亏损组、气血亏虚组、气血瘀滞组、寒湿凝滞组、肝郁湿热组。虚证组EmAb阳性检出率高于实证组，具有统计学意义（X^2=8．57，P〈0．05）。结论痛经证型和抗子宫内膜抗体有一定的相关性。
