| 摘 要： | 本文旨在探讨卡托普利早期用药对SHR大鼠血压，左心室肥厚及左心室功能的长期影响。采用SHR♂鼠宫内期给卡托普利[100mg/（kg·d）]治疗到16周时停药，40周时测定收缩压、左室重与体重、左心功能后处死。实验结果发现卡托普利治疗可以明显防止SHR高血压及左心室肥厚的形成和发展、这一作用在停药后仍可维持左心室功能明显改善，表明卡托普利早期治疗可以长期改善心肌功能，即使停药后此作用仍可维持。

| Abstract: | The long-term effect of early captopril treatment on the left ventricular performance in SHR was investigated SHR were given captopril (100mg/kg/day ) in intrauterus. The blood pressure, left ventricular mass, left ventricular performance were evaluated. The results showed that those indexes were normalized; indicating that captopril treatment could improve the left ventricular performance permanently. |
