高血压用药、饮食与血压控制

目的加强神区慢性病管理，重视高血压病患者用药的规律与规范。方法抽取黄渡镇老年高血压病患者92例，了解其用药、饮食与血压情况。并行分组后分析。结果卡方检验结果表明，4组患者的用药规律、饮食控制与血压控制有统计学意义。分别比较后，血压控制与用药规律有明显关系，与饮食控制关系不大。结论高血压病的治疗目前以药物治疗为主，规律有效用药是控制高血压及防治其并发症最为关键的手段。饮食控制也是防治高血压病较重要的辅助手段。

Drug used and diet with control of blood pressure

Objective To investigate hypertensive patients managed by community chronic disease administration for understanding relationship between hypertensive patients; drug used diet control and control of blood pressure. Method 92 cases of elderly hypertensive patients were extracted and investigated in Huang Du Town, after divided into 4 groups, understanding on their condition of blood pressure controlled and to compare the relationship between the three articles. Results It was showed with Chi square test, 4 groups of difference in regular drug using and diet control were related with blood pressure control, hut after respective comparison, control of blood pressure, good or not, was obviously related to drug used, while without obvious meaning with diet control good or not. Conclusion At present, treatment of hypertension is mainly based on drug treatment, regular and effective usage of drug is key method to control hypertension and to prevent and treat complications. Diet control is also an important auxiliary measure for treatment and prevention of hypertension.
