| 摘 要： | 目的：总结我院1994－2000年双吻合器吻合法在直肠癌前切除术中应用的临床经验。方法：回顾性分析6年中采用该技术行直肠癌手术的237例临床资料。结果：所有患者均一次吻合成功。术后吻合口瘘15例（6．33％），吻合口梗阻1例（0．42％），无手术死亡。结论：双吻合器吻合方法在直肠癌前切除术中是一种安全可靠、有效省时的技术方法。

CLINICAL USE OF DOUBLE STAPLING DEVICE IN ANTERIOR RESECTION OF RECTAL CANCER |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of double stapling device in anterior resection of rectal cancer. Methods:The results of this technique used in 237 cases with low rectal cancer were analysed retrospectively.Results:Operation on all the 237 patients was successful with no mortality.Complications included anastomotic fistula in 15 patients(6 33%),anastomotic stenosis in 7(2 95%),and anastomotic ileus in l(0 42%).Conclusion:Our experience showed that double stapling technique could provide a safe and effective alternative for anterior resection of rectal cancer. |
