摘    要:目的:探讨稀莶草抗小鼠实验性全脑脑缺血再灌注损伤作用。方法:通过夹闭双侧颈总动脉的方法制作小鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型,观察灌胃给予稀莶草14g生药/kg对脑组织Evans蓝含量、SOD及MDA水平的影响。结果:稀莶草可降低缺血再灌注后模型动物的脑组织Evans蓝含量,提高SOD活性,降低MDA水平。结论:稀莶草能增加脑缺血再灌注模型小鼠抗氧化酶的活性,改善脑血流,减轻血脑屏障的损伤,对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of Herba Siegesbeckiae(HS) on the antioxidase during cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in mice. Methods :The HS was repeated given orally in mice model of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in the EB treated group. The contents of Evans blue and antioxidase in the brain tissue were changed. Result~ : The cerebral blood flow in EB treated group decreased after the ischemia reperfusion injury. ~n the HS treated group, the antioxidase activity increased, and the content of malondialodehyde decreased. Conclusion:HS may protect the brain from ischemia reperfusion injury by increasing the activity of antioxidase, improving the cerebral blood flow, and al leviating the damage of blood brain barrier.
