摘    要:目的:通过对安宫牛黄丸中重金属元素铅、砷和汞进行含量测定,探究其是否符合限量规定,为该药品的质量控制和安全用药提供可靠依据。方法:采用HNO3-HCIO。混酸对样品进行湿法消化,运用ICP-OES法测定安宫牛黄丸中重金属的含量。结果:重金属元素检测分析方法考察结果表明3种重金属元素As、Hg和Pb的含量分别为:3.46X4μg/g、2.19×4μg/g、1.66×2μg/g。结论:该药品因含有以治疗为目的的矿物类药物朱砂(HgS)和雄黄(As:S,),故砷、汞、铅的含量均超出国家限量标准。因此,为了进一步提高含重金属中药的用药安全性,中药中重金属含量应采取更进一步的控制。

Abstract:Objective : To determine the content of heavy elements in Angong Niuhuang Pill such as lead, arsenic and mercury and explore their contents whether are consistent with the limited regulation, providing reliable data for the drug quality control and safe use. Methods: HNO3 -HCLO4 violet acid was applied to handle the sample through wet diges- tion, and combined with ICP - OES analysis to determine the content of heavy metals in Angong Niuhuang Pill. Results : The analytical results of three kinds of investigated heavy metals arsenic, mercury and lead in contents were 3.46 x 4 I~g/ g, 2.19 x4 Ixg/g, 1.66 x2 I~g/g. Conclusion:The main reason is that the pill contains the mineral drugs such as cinna- bar and realgar which are for the purpose of treatment. Hence, the contents of arsenic, mercury and lead exceed the na- tional limited standard. Consequently, in order to further improve the safety of using the traditional Chinese medicine con- taining heavy metals, the content of heavy metals in the traditional Chinese medicine should be strictly controlled.
