我院医务青年思想状况调查与医务青年的工作实践

目的通过调查、分析,了解医务青年的思想动态,为医务青年队伍建设提供指导依据。方法采用分层随机取样和问卷调查方法,并对回收的有效问卷使用Excel 2003进行统计学分析。结果对医务青年的职业态度、职业发展规划、业余生活情况等进行调研发现,其中大部分(77.3%)比较关心医院的发展,愿意为医院的发展目标而奋斗的占75.5%,愿意付出额外努力的占74.2%;66.5%的认为自己从事的专业有发展前途,他们认为信息获取(55.2%)、专业培训(40.7%)、职业规划(39.7%)等方面是有效的成才帮助;调研对象对业余生活和休闲方式的倾向较分散。结论医务青年群体呈现思想多元化、需求多样化、生活网络化、观念个性化的特点,因此提出对医务青年要进行"思想上引领、组织上保障、实践上教育、机制上促进、文化上熏陶"的实践教育。

Study on Young Medical Workers' Thought and Practice Condition in Our Hospital

Objective:To explore the thought condition of young medical workers,provide guidance for medical youth team construction.Method:Using stratified random sampling and questionnaire investigation,and the recovery of effective questionnaires were used Excel 2003 statistical for analysis.Results:The results showed that most of the investigation object care hospital development(77.3%),would like to for hospital development goal to struggle(75.5%),would like to pay the extra effort(74.2%);66.5% of that investigation object in the professional promising,they think that information acquisition(55.2%),professional training(40.7%),career planning(39.7%) is an effective help them;Investigation object to spare life and the tendency of leisure is dispersed.Conclusion:Young medical workers’ thought and demand are diversified,life is of network,and have the personalized characteristics,thus young medical workers must follow the practice principle " leading in thought,organizationally safeguarding,education in practice,promoting using mechanism,influencing by cultural ".
