加昧血府逐瘀汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效分析

目的：了解加味血府逐瘀汤治疗非洒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法：治疗组89例，采用加味血府逐瘀汤治疗；对照组采用多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊和水飞蓟素胶囊治疗，观察指标为治疗前后的肝功能，血脂水平及B超检查。结果：治疗前后比较，症状明显减轻。肝功能、血脂水平明显改善，肝内脂肪减少，肝大回缩，与对照组相比有显著差异（P〈0．01）治疗组的有效率（93．26％）明显高于对照组（42．11％）。结论：加味血府逐瘀汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝有很好疗效。

Clinical Efficacy of Treatment of Non -alcoholic Steatohepatitis by Modified Xuefu Zhuoyu Decoction

Objective ： To observe the efficacy of modified Xuefu Zhuoyu Decoction in the treatment of non - alcoholic steatohepatitis. Methods ：127 cases with NASH were randomly divided into two groups. 89 cases of observed group were given modified Xuefu Zhuoyu Decoction for 3 months ;38 cases of control group were given Phosphatidylcholine Capsules and Silymarin Capsules. Results ： At the end of treatment, the clinical symptom and the levels of ALT, GGT, TC, TG and AI）L- C in serum were significantly decreased in the observed group（P 〈0. O1 ）. The total therapeutic efficacy rate was higher in the observed group（ 93.26% ）than that in the control group （42.11%, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：It indicated that modified Xuefu Zhuoyu Decoction in the treatment of non - alcoholic steatohepatitis is more eitective.
