院前急救纠纷的伦理学思考

通过对一例院前急救纠纷发生的原因以及涉及的医学伦理学问题进行分析,发现在院前急救中医疗知情权问题、院外死亡的尸体处理问题、院前急救中的医疗收费问题等方面易产生医疗纠纷。为此提出避免院前急救医疗纠纷的一些建议:准确评估病情、弄清周边人员身份、及时与警方或调度中心联系、提高急救人员的综合素质以及完善急救诊疗记录。此外,急救人员的医疗行为要坚守相应的医疗法规和伦理学原则,以病人利益为出发点,提高抢救工作质量,从而促进医患关系和谐,减少医疗纠纷。

Ethical Reflection on the Disputation of Pre - hospital Care

Through the analysis on the reasons and related ethical issues of a case of pre-hospital care,this paper found out that issues about informed consent,treatment issues of the body died outside the hospital,charges about the pre-hospital aids were easy to produce medical disputes.Some suggestions were proposed: accurately judging the condition of disease,making clear about the people around,connecting the police station timely,improve the comprehensive quality of the emergency medical staff,and perfect the records of medical treatment.Besides,to the emergency medical staff,should strictly adhere to the medical laws and ethical principles,persist the idea of "patient oriented",improve the rescue quality,establish a good doctor-patient relationship and reduce the medical disputes.
