| Abstract: | The perfection and effective operation of first aid medical safeguard would produce important influences in economic,society and politics.Some suggestions were made,namely,increasing the government investment,strengthening talents construction and legal guarantee,improving social assistance and its culture construction,thus to establish a first aid medical safeguard system with era characteristics in China. |
