摘    要:本文采用E2-HRP、Pg-HRP亲和组化法检测100例消化道肿瘤的ER,PgRo结果表明:ER阳性者37例(37%),PgR阳性者22例(22%),肿瘤的分化程度与ER,PgR水平呈正相关。管状腺癌阳性率最高,胃肿瘤ER阳性率明显低于结,直肠癌,性别,年龄,临床分期与ER,PgR主要存在于细胞核内与常染色质及核仁关系密切。

Abstract:Estrogen and progesterone receptors were determined with E2-HRP and Pg-HRP in 100 tumors ofthe digestive tract. The results showed that ER and PgR were found positive in 37(37% of cases)and 22(22% of cases) respectively. The cellular differentiation was positively correlated with the level of ER and PgR. The positive rate of ER was the highest in tubular adenocarcinoma. ER and PgR levels were significantly lower in stomach tumors as compared with colorectal tumors. Frequency of positivity in cells was- not related with sex, age and clinical stage. Observation with immunoelectron microscope showed that ER and PgR were found in the nucleus and closely associated with autochromatin and nucleolus.
