| 摘 要： | 用免疫亲和素金银法和酸性甲苯胺蓝染色观察50例胃癌间质中巨噬细胞和肥大细胞.结果表明,两者的数量常呈平行变化,数量多时癌常分化较高,属肠型,CEA反应较弱.转移少,5年存活率高.提示有帮助判断预后的意义.

| Abstract: | The avidin-gold silver staining method and toluidine bule histochemical techniqus were used for this study in 50 cases of gastric carcinoma. The observation related to tumor histologic classification, mucin histochemical classification, CEA reaction,metastatic rate,and prognosis as well.The results showed that the gastric carcinomas with abundant presence of macrophages were often associated with higher number of mast cells,and that most of them belonged to well-differentiated intestinal type carcinoma with weaker CEA reaction,lower metastatic rate,and higher 5-year survival rate.It is concluded that the amount of macrophage and mast cells in tumor stroma may be helpful in predicting the prognosis of gastric carcinoma. |
