| 摘 要： | 采用载药明胶海绵,经支气管动脉选择栓塞肿瘤血管治疗原发性支气管肺癌15例,结果被栓局部肿块完全消失1例,缩小50%以上5例.缩小不达50%6例.作者认为载药栓塞对肺癌局部肿块有明显疗效,是一种安全有效、新的治疗肺癌方法,并对适应证选择进行探讨.

| Abstract: | Fifteen cases of lung cancer were treated with selective druggelfoam embolization of bronchial artery. It was found that the mass disappeared completely in one patient and diminished in excess of 50% of buck in 5 patients and below 50% in 6 patients. It is concluded that this treatment is one of the effective and safe measure in a multimodal approach treatment of lung cancer. The indication of this treatment was discussed. |
