| 摘 要： | 本文应用显微分光光度术研究了顺铂联合辐射对人盲肠未分化腺癌细胞系(HCe-8693)DNA含量的影响.结果表明,药物组及药物联合辐射组随着实验后细胞培养时间的延长,细胞核 DNA含量逐渐下降,特别是药物联合辐射组,DNA含量呈不可逆减少.

| Abstract: | Using microscope photometer technology.it was shown that DNA content of DDP alonegroup and RT DDP(or DDP RT)groups all decreased gradually with prolongation of culture time,and that the DNA content of RT DDP(or DDP R)group decreased irreversibly. |
