中晚期宫颈癌的肾功能系列检测及临床意义35例

中晚期宫颈癌向宫旁蔓延常压迫输尿管,造成肾功能损害.传统的肾功能检测方法——尿素氮,只能在双侧肾功能都受损,总肾功能低下时才能反映出来;而肾放射图亦仅能反映肾小管回吸收情况.我们自1990年4月开始对中晚期宫颈癌病人行肾功能系列检测,包括AIB、IgG、β_2-MG,能够早期发现肾功能异常且可以确定肾脏损伤的部位以及肾功能受损的程度,以便指导临床合理用药,免除了肾功能永久性损伤.

Serial Renal Function Tests in Patients with Moderately and Far Advanced Cervical Cancer

Since moderately and far advanced cervical cancer often extend to parametrium,the frequency of renal funciton damage due to the obstruction of renal tract is quite high. BUN assay, the conventional renal function test would be positive only when both sides of renal function were severely jeopardized. Starting from April 1990,we undertook serial renal function tests in patients with moderately and advanced cervical cancer. Three agents ALB.IgG and B2-MG were established in this test. It was this test that helped us in finding impairment of renal function as well as the location of renal damage early in the stage of its inception.
