| 摘 要： | 本文报告手术或放疗后复发和/或转移的晚期恶性肿瘤26例,随机分为两组.一组用两台超短波同步交叉透热合并化疗(热化组),有效率84.6％,生存时间20.9±4.5个月.另一组单纯化疗(单化组),有效率53.8％,生存时间8.3±3.8个月.两组疗效比较有显著性差异.采用超短波交叉透热合并化疗,方法简单、安全、经济、无痛苦,易于推广.
