| 摘 要： | 采用单克隆抗体BA—ELISA结合抑制法,对肺癌血清中单克隆抗体3C_9及WLA-2C_4相关抗原3C_9Ag及WLA—Ag_1进行检测.研究发现:3C_9Ag诊断肺癌的敏感性为64.7%(66/102),特异性为93.0%,准确性为 82.5%.而 WLA—Ag_1相应值分别为50.0%(49/98),95.1%、73.1%.3C_9Ag与WLA—Ag_1在血清检测方面具有良好的互补性,二者血清浓度间无相关性,联合检测3C_9Ag及WLA—Ag_1,可使肺癌检出率提高至75%.研究还发现,3C_9Ag对监测肿瘤负荷变化及手术后的动态变化可能具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Using the method of BA-ELISA immunobinding inhibition test, the McAbs 3C9 and WLA-2C4 against antigens 3C9Ag and WLA-Ag1 were detected in sera of 102 lung cancer(LC) patients,96 normal adults and 76 lung benign diseases patients. It was found that the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy for 3C9Ag in the diagnosis of LC were 64. 7%(66/102),93. 0% and 82. 5% while for WLA-Ag1 they were 50. 0%(49/98), 95. 1% and 73. 1% respectively. WLA-Ag1 seemed to be a complement to 3C9Ag in LC diagnosis ,and combined assay of 3C9Ag and WLA-Agi could, increase the positive rate to 75%. It was also found that serum 3C9Ag would be of great importance in the surveillance of tumor burden changes in vivo and in the surveillance post-operatively. Serum WLA-Ag1 changes after operation could be of some importance as well. |
