| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨室间隔缺损假性膜部瘤外科手术治疗经验。方法 回顾性分析1997～2003年手术治疗室间隔缺损126例，其中假性膜部瘤26例。结果 26例均经右房切口手术。在增加回心血量时可见呈瘤样向右室内突出，残留的小孔直径在0．2～0．5cm，可见单孔、双孔、多孔，5例直接缝合，20例剪开隔瓣后见真正的室间隔缺损，直径在0．6～2cm，用涤纶片修补。结论 手术中探查确定真正室间隔缺损的位置，才能完整封堵缺损，矫正血流动力学异常。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the experience of the surgical treatment of pseudo theca tumor. Methods From 1997 to 2003,126 infants were operated on for their Ventricular septal defect. There were 26 infants with pseudo theca tumor. Results M1 of the 26 infants with pseudo theca tumor received right atrial approach repair under hypothermic anaesthesia with cardiopulmonary bypass .5 infants were repaired with direct stitch closure and 20 with dacron patch closure. The operations on 26 cases were all performed successfully. Conclusion The thickness of pseudo theca tumor, the number and position of the hidden lacunule, must be paid attention to in surgical operation. |
