| 摘 要： | 阐述了大学附属医院开展医学生人文教育的重要性,分析了其中存在的问题,提出在医学生临床实习期间应规范其人文素质教育内容和要求、开展丰富多样的医学生人文素质教育实践活动、加强医护人员人文素质教育的培训与考核、加强医院文化建设等大学附属医院医学生人文素质教育的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Humanistic quality education is one of the important parts of the comprehensive quality education of medical students.The problems in humanistic education for medical students are analyzed.Effective way on improving medical students＇ humanistic education such as regularizing content and standard of humanistic education for medical students during clinical practice,carrying out different kinds of humanistic education activity,strengthening medical staffs＇ humanistic quality training and assessment and strengthening hospital culture construction are discussed. |
