| 摘 要： | 目的：观察参七散治疗慢性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法：将符合标准的患者100例按简单随机分为两组。治疗组52例采用参七散治疗；对照组48例服用头孢克肟。结果：治疗组治愈22例，好转27例，无效3例，总有效率为94．23％：对照组治愈10例，好转26例，无效12例，总有效率为75．00％：两组综合疗效比较（P〈0．05），有显著性差异。结论：参七散对慢性扁桃体炎有良好的临床效果。

Clinical observation on treating 52 cases of chronic tonsillitis with Shenqi powder |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treating chronic tonsillitis with Shenqi powder. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 52 in the treated group and 48 in the control group. The treated group was given Shenqi powder, while the control group was given Cefixime. Results： In the treated group, 22 cases were cured, 27 cases were improved, 3 cases were invalid, with the total effective rate 94.23%. In the control group, 10 cases were cured, 26 cases were improved, 12 cases were invalid, with the total effective rate 75.00%. Significant differences were detected between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shenqi powder had reasonable effect on chronic tonsillitis. |
