| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨股骨粗隆间骨折采取中西医结合治疗方式的治疗效果。方法：回顾我院收治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者112例，平均年龄（52．4±8．7）岁，骨折原因为交通事故、跌伤、坠伤，采取动力髋螺钉（DHS）结合中药方式治疗。结果：本组112例股骨粗隆间骨折患者经过中西医结合治疗，优良率为97。32％，平均住院时间为（21．3±6．7）d。结论：采用中西医结合方法治疗股骨粗隆间骨折具有安全、疗效确切等优点，加快了患者骨折愈合，同时减少术后并发症，并避免保守治疗引起的一系列并发症，值得临床推广使用。

Treating 112 cases of femoral bone tuberositas fracture in the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treating femoral bone tuberositas fracture with the integrated medicine. Methods： 112 patients were treated with DHS combined with TCM. Results： After treatment with the integrated medicine, the effective rate was 97.32%. And the average stay in hospital was （21.3±6.7） days. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was significantly effective on treating femoral bone tuberositas fracture. |
