| 摘 要： | 目的：研究与探讨通络逐痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：选择54例典型类风湿性关节炎患者，采用通络逐痹汤随证加减治疗，3个疗程后比较患者治疗前后病变活动分期和功能活动分级情况，评价治疗效果。结果：全部患者治疗后病变活动分期和功能活动分级均有显著改善，较治疗前有显著性差异，有统计学意义（P〈0．05）：评价治疗效果，54例患者中，显效14例（25．93％），有效37例（68．52％），无效3例（5．56％），总有效率94．44％。结论：通络逐痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效满意，值得推广应用。

Clinical efficacy observation on treating rheumatoid arthritis with the Tongluo Zhubi decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate and research the clinical effect ofTongluo Zhubi decoction on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 54 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were selected and given modified Tongluo Zhubi decoction. After 3 treatment courses, the pathological changes stages and function stages before and after treatment were compared. Results： Of all the 54 patients, 14 cases （25.93%） were significantly effective, 37 cases （68.52%） were effective, 3 cases （5.56%） were invalid, with the total effective rate 94.44%. Conclusion： Tongluo Zhubi decoction was effective in treating rheumatoid arthritis, worthy a wide clinical application. |
